Phased Array Inspection has come along way in the last decade - be it in a fabrication or maintenance aspects of a project. With our code compliant and automated PAUT technologies we are well positioned to tackle any project, large or small. In many instances PAUT can be implemented as a direct replacement for Radiography.
PERSONNEL: Highly qualified, experience technicians ensure that your inspection requirements are met and in most cases surpassed.
HARDWARE: Our small piping solutions start with diameters up to 4.5" using compact scanners that are built for increased productivity. Larger diameters piping/pipeline scanners cover diameters above 4.5". These scanners are modular and can be easily modified for a variety of diameters. Selected from the best suppliers around the world the manufacturers our PAUT acquisition units and scanners deliver speed, repeatable consistency and unsurpassed accuracy.
Typically on new construction projects we work with the fabricators/constructors/owners to inspect the welds per the applicable codes. On the larger wall thickness TOFD is often required. For maintenance/in - service work we offer hi - speed corrosion mapping.
We are able to provide tank and vessels inspections solutions.
Phased Array & TofD Applications
We are able to offer Phased Array/TofD inspection services at your fabrication facility or on site. Our multi faceted inspections can be performed dual sided from the weld or single sided when inspecting flange fittings.
Stress Corrosion Cracking and Hydrogen Induced Cracking are prevailing phenomena in pipelines operation. Let us assist with your managment program.
Our scanner and probe equipment enables affordable phased array inspection at temperatures up to 350C.
Our ultrasonic tools are widely used in the oil & gas industries for the in-service detection and characterization of corrosion in pipes, tanks and vessels. From maunual techniques to fully automated solutions.
A multi probes set up and encoded scanning offer accurate and repeatable inspections for flange face or Bolt inspections.
Despite the signal to noice ratio and the grain structure of austenitic material we are able to provide a high probability of detection over other methods.
